Every single day will bring new opportunities to apply your expertise in forecasting, controlling, and risk mitigation-all while contributing to the energy transition.How You’ll Make an ImpactBe the key finance partner for projects, ensuring financial and contractual health throughout the lifecycle.Shape legal and commercial conditions of offers and contracts; participate in contract discussion with customers.Collaborate with Sales Teams both locally and at HQ to align project strategy with business goals.Take ownership of project critical metrics including order intake, revenue, cost control, cash flow, and margin optimization.Coordinate the end-to-end claim management process – identifying potential claims early, assisting with negotiations, and ensuring resolution in line with contract terms.Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Guide the local finance team with leadership, coaching, and alignment to strategic objectives.What You BringAcademic background in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial or Management Engineering, or related fields with at least 5/6 years of proven experience in financial project management in a multinational environmentKnowledge of SAPFluency in Italian and English (German is an asset)Strong leadership and collaboration mentality with cross-functional teamsProactive, analytical, resilience and structured working styleAvailibility to travel and be present where impact is needed mostAbout the TeamOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
