This position contributes to the preparation of the budget, forecast and actual results analysis of income statements (sales, margin, OPEX), inventory and receivables. There will be a close liaison with finance colleagues in each major production site and Stoneleigh Shared Service Finance Team. In addition, the individual will support the SG&A controlling activities of the Admin Function’s MF and VA Section (excluding IT/HR/Legal). Contact the Robotic Process Automation team.
 

 
 

Your Impact:

-Preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts. Analysis and explanations of deviation between budget/forecasts/actuals.

-Review and interpretation of actual results and identifying areas for action and improvement. Any ad hoc project related to the business which require finance involvement.
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-EME income statement involves tractor and combine products produced within AGCO. Support the MF and VA admin function forecasting and budgeting as well as variance reporting. This involves coordinating with cost center owners of over 150 cost centers with USD 50 M spend.

-Contact the Robotic Process Automation team. Looking for further Robotic Process Automation Opportunities. Constant maintenance of the data parameters starting from gross sales down to gross margin and further to IFO level by sources/countries

-Involvement in Brand OPEX forecasting and analysis. Nature of impact – This role can make a significant impact to profitability analysis by appropriately identifying key performance drivers and alerting the business to enable making wide variety of decisions, from strategic projects to effective operational running of the business.
 

 
 

Your Experience and Qualification:

-Good working knowledge of financial and management accounting. Experience of a broad range of finance processes such as actuals closing, budgeting, and forecasting are considered as pre-requisite
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Appreciation of a large multi-site multi-region organization and operating with a matrix organization structure. Experience working in a constantly changing organization with a continuous improvement philosophy.

-Advanced Computer Literacy: Excel, strong spreadsheet skills (Access, database management preferred). Advanced knowledge of OneStream, SAP or other ERP systems is necessary

-English: being able to conduct business in English is necessary

-Knowledge of AGCO current finance set-up would be a significant advantage
