​We are a rapidly scaling Independent Power Producer (IPP) delivering clean energy projects across Southern Europe, backed by a leading global infrastructure investor. We are entering our next phase of strategic growth.As part of a professionalised leadership team, including a newly appointed CEO, we are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support commercial decisions across development, construction, and operations.The RoleThe Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and the investment team to provide in-depth financial modelling, valuation analysis, and reporting across a growing portfolio of renewable assets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role offering visibility to the board and fund.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain robust financial models for pipeline, under-construction, and operational assetsSupport project valuations, budgeting, and performance trackingLiaise with construction, asset management, and technical teams to incorporate real-time inputs into forecastingAssist in portfolio-level analysis for internal and investor reportingSupport M&A, refinancing, and capital allocation workstreamsEngage in scenario analysis and sensitivities for business planningPrepare investment committee materials and board-level packsSupport implementation of financial systems and data tracking processesCandidate Profile6-9 years of experience in project finance, FP&A, corporate development, or investment analysisBackground in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectorsStrong financial modelling skills (Excel, VBA/Power BI a plus)Fluent in English (Italian is an advantage but not essential)Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholdersExperience with IPPs, developers, or funds viewed favourablyA self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
