We make what matters work.Eaton’s Mobility Group is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Growth and Quotations to be based in Turin, Italy, or at our premises in Poland (Tczew or Bielsko-Biala). This role involves leading and coordinating the quotation process for new growth initiatives in the EMEA region, including traditional business, new markets, and aftermarket.What you’ll do:Ensure sales team provides timely feedback to customers for quotations of new products.Coordinate different teams to timely and accurately prepare cost models, including e.g. sales team, SCM, product line, plant engineering, plant finance team.Coordinate sales managers and product line to determine the most accurate market target price for each quoted product, before the cost model is preparedValidate Bill of Material items and benchmark together with SCM the most accurate market target price for procured componentsLead and validate with plant teams the most accurate variable and fixed costs to be allocated to new products and potential cost-saving initiatives after SOP (start of production)Support standardization of processes, cost models and approval workflowsEnsure effective communication to stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately.Provide leadership to management in driving profitability optimizationEnsure accuracy of the data in C360 tool in order to grant a proper track of quotes deadlines and opportunities in the pipeline.”Qualifications:BS degree in Business Administration or Management EngineeringMinimum of 3 years in Finance Controlling.Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.Skills:Operational Finance Experience onsite (
