Job description

We are looking for Senior Financial Controller – Commercial Analysis & Strategic Planning to drive financial performance in after sales operations, focusing on spare parts, customer service, and merchandise. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and compliance.Main responsibilities:

• Ensure cost transparency and profitability across multiple operations.
• Conduct OPEX controlling and provide detailed profitability analysis to optimize performance.
• Analyze discounts and their impact on overall profitability.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.
• Plan and monitor financial performance in key operational areas.
• Manage personnel costs and headcount planning per cost center.
• Prepare monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely financial closing and audit compliance (US GAAP, SOX).

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, or financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German would be an advantage.
