is building an AI co-pilot for lifestyle-driven chronic conditions. They began by addressing women’s metabolic health – starting with PCOS, a condition affecting nearly 20% of women worldwide and a leading cause of female infertility.In the last 8 months, they’ve grown 1000% – scaling their ARR from $250K to $2.5M – and kicked off our B2B expansion by partnering with six clinics.Your roleWe’re seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to help scale our platform for millions of users managing metabolic health conditions, including PCOS, diabetes, and IBS. This is an ideal role for a Senior engineer who wants to stay deeply involved in code.You will be the owner of the success of product features – you’ll work with the product counterparts to ensure that the requirements are clear, and then follow up with owning the feature delivery end-to-end.About you:
- 3+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience, with expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid command of frontend and mobile development, including React and the Expo framework—able to build and ship features across the full stack.
- Ability to write production code, review pull requests, and build rapid prototypes for testing ideas or validating demand.
- Comfortable managing both local and remote engineers, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure, including GCP, Redis, CI/CD (GitLab preferred), and monitoring (Grafana).
- Proven experience with complete ownership of feature delivery, including experience leading agile processes (standups, retros, sprint planning) and ensuring predictable, on time, on scope delivery.
- Hands-on experience setting up test frameworks and building test coverage from 0 to 1.
- Proficiency with analytics and instrumentation tools, including Amplitude, GA4, and basic data debugging.
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and in person – be able to explain a problem or challenge to a stakeholder over a call, or through slack – and ensure that you have a resolution.
Would be a plus:
- Hands-on experience with React Native.
- Experience with healthcare, wearables, or chronic condition platforms.
- Prior experience introducing AI tools for engineering velocity (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, codegen pipelines).
- Passion for building solutions that help people manage chronic health conditions using real-time data.
