We are recruiting for a global supplier in the packaging and printing media industry. Our client’s inks are used to produce packaging for some of the largest and most recognisable consumer brands. Our client employs more than 6,500 specialists in 130 locations and 40 countries around the world. They have been present in Poland since 1999.
Senior GL Accountant with English
00109098Your responsibilities:Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for US & Canada legal entities including:

• Preparation of various balance sheet reconciliations per the master reconciliation schedule
• Preparation of various journal entries in support of the monthly North American financial close
• Preparation of US and Canadian government census data forms
• Preparation of quarterly and annual reporting packages for various North American entities
• Supporting auditors with yearly financial audit
• Calculation and posting of accruals especially for employee benefits, premiums, workers compensation, utility
• Various FX calculations
• Lease reconciliations, initiating of the process of leasing set-up in SAP
• Supporting of preparation of yearly financial statement
• Supporting and leading additional internal projects
• Close cooperation with internal customers located in US

What we need?

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with an accounting and/or auditing background
• Strong communication skills including fluent English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
