Senior Global Engagement Lead, Global Customer Experience

Your new role
Your main objective is to provide strategic guidance and end-to-end support to key Affiliate’s needs within commercial projects related to GcX. You will be the affiliate’s ‘ambassador’ in your coordination with other GCX and Global functions with the focus of ensuring smooth execution and great value for the local business.
Reporting to Head of Customer Engagement Excellence, you will be part of a skilled and fun Global Customer Experience department, working closely together with colleagues from around the world with a purpose and enthusiasm for brining great experiences to our customers and enabling Affiliate’s to deliver impact in the market.
In this role you will
-Act as the single point of contact for key Affiliates, providing strategic guidance and end-to-end ownership supporting the execution of the commercial strategy aligned to our vision and goals.
-Drive strategic collaboration with affiliate teams to assess and understand business needs, driving strategic decision-making based on assessments and the formulation of actionable strategies.
-Engage with Global and Affiliate stakeholders including senior leadership, facilitate meetings in small and larger settings ensuring Affiliates are involved and listen to.
-Coordinate and collaborate with Affiliates and Global Functions, maintaining project plans, dependencies, risks etc. required to execute successfully.
-Support the adoption of new ways of working, new technologies and digital solutions and working closely with our Training Manager to ensure Affiliate needs are front and centre.
-Facilitate best practice sharing and ensure synergies are reaped across the organization.
What you bring to the team
You are currently working in a commercial operations or bring experience and deep knowledge of sales and marketing processes. Preferably, you bring Affiliate experience, are commercially strong and have insights into pharma products and customers.
In addition, you have:
-High proficiency in English.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in life sciences or management.
-4+ years of experience in commercial organizations in the pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device industry.
-The ability to successfully execute complex projects or initiatives within large organizations.
-Knowledge of sales, marketing, and commercial processes in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
-The ability to think strategically and align commercial initiatives with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
-Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Great stakeholder engagement and management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure buy-in.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
