We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Support Worker to join the musculo-skeletal outpatient physiotherapy team. You will also be expected to work with patients on a 1:1 basis, following a rehabilitation programme set by the physiotherapist.Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential as the majority of the role involves direct patient contact, working with both adult and secondary school age patients. The role will also involve some administrative and house keeping duties, so having good organisational skills is key. You will need to be competent with basic computer skills, for example in order to use the electronic patient record system and ordering equipment.Experience within a related field or dealing with members of the public would be an advantage and you must be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
