The Senior HR Operations Specialist will focus on managing HR processes, systems, and compliance within the financial services industry. Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this role is based in London and requires expertise in Workday to streamline operations and deliver excellence in human resources.

• Oversee and maintain the HR system, with a strong focus on Workday functionality and optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support employee life-cycle processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and data management.
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide guidance on HR operational matters to managers and employees.
• Analyse HR data to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
• Partner with external vendors to manage HR-related services.
• Handle queries related to HR systems and processes promptly and effectively.
• Supper 2 HR Operations Administrators in a coaching capacity.
