Are you an expert in developing and implementing HRIS strategies? In this role as a Senior HRIS Process Owner for HR Systems you must be able to analyze regional and local process complexity and translate it into operational optimization leveraging the Workday technology. Striving for process automation and compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR, ITIL, CPRA, CCPA) is a key expectation of the role. The Senior HRIS Process Owner for HR Systems is responsible for overseeing the integration, configuration, and management of HR systems within the organization. This role exists to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights and technology optimization.Principal Accountabilities:

Who you are:You have a proven track record in managing complex projects, mitigating risks, and resolving issues in fast-paced, evolving environments. You have strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, particularly in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and complemented by advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You excel in working both independently and collaboratively within global teams, demonstrating advanced attention to detail and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
