This includes ID&E, developing and enabling talent strategies, L&D initiatives, annual cycle programs, supporting employee relations and workforce planning. We enable strategic, successful delivery of business initiatives during a transformational time.Partner with the bestAs Senior Human Resources Representative, you will collaborate with our business leaders and employees to provide assured advice and guidance. You will provide operational and strategic expertise in employee relations and conflict management.As a Senior Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Taking the HR lead on all employee relations cases, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
• Providing reliable and trusted advice throughout cases, attending all formal meetings and preparing all necessary documentation.
• Leading/supporting information and consultation processes as required.
• Advising on HR policies, including family friendly policies and flexible working.
• Partnering closely with our HR COE’s and other teams, such as Legal, Payroll and Global Mobility, to deliver a holistic employee relations service.

Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have excellent, in-depth working knowledge of current Spanish and Italian employment law and best practice.
• Have a career background of generalist HR experience, supporting remote teams as well as local stakeholders.
• Have solid experience working in a high-tech company, preferably with experience working within a US based company in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Have solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a multicultural organization.
• Have excellent communication, consulting, influencing and presentation skills.
• Have Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Oracle HRMS.
