In this role, you will be responsible for driving the financial outcomes of synergies, leading the governance structure within IPM areas, and facilitating integration efforts across various functional teams. If you thrive in complex environments, are results-oriented, and can inspire trust within a community, we want to hear from you.High level areas of responsibilitiesThe Senior Integration Performance Manager will work closely with the Head of IPM to ensure timely and complete reporting on the financial part of synergy tracking and milestones, and, in collaboration with line of business, champion projects within the synergy or integration portfolio as needed.The successful candidate will:Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting on revenue and synergy portfolios to Senior Management and Board of Directors.Proactively align reporting cadence and output with FP&A, Business Finance and Integrations Leads to drive milestone momentum and synergy realizationLead the process for the financial outcome of synergies leading up to BRM liaising with Finance (FP&A) on Corporate P&L ensuring follow through on integration progress in alignment with annual wheel.On ad hoc basis, champion projects as needed within the synergy- or integration portfolio together with LOBChampioning weekly touchpoints with FP&A and monthly check-ins with Commercial Integration Leads and quarterly finance community meetings on synergy related topics.Provide regular updates to Head of Integration Performance Management, on project status, risks, and key decisionsLiaise with Head of IPM continuous assessment of strategy within functional scope for reconfiguration of synergy ambitions and compositionChallenge synergy capture and release of funds in the L2/L3 areas in scope towards EVPs, SVPs and VPs in collaboration with FP&AEnsure foundation for evaluating synergy portfolio is in place through understanding of portfolio, updated documentation of guiding principles and clear communication.Potentially relevant experienceThe ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience from Business Finance/FP&A/Corporate Finance with notable exposure to PMI work or solid experience with PMI from Management Consulting combined with a prober developed financial toolboxThe ideal candidate comes with:Strong financial acumen and project management experienceThe ability to thrive in a complex environment and keep focus on important tasks, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A results-oriented and pragmatic approach, combined with the ability to create a community of trust and inspiration, will be essential for success in this role.Location: Kgs.
