Senior IT Process Generalist

We are seeking a Senior IT Process Generalist to support and develop their IT environment. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take a senior role with scope for growth, shaping the company’s IT strategy and infrastructure while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

IT Leadership and Development
Support and guide the IT team, taking ownership of tasks and contributing to leadership initiatives. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in IT processes.

Project Planning and IT Infrastructure
Plan, implement and manage IT projects aligned with business goals. Monitor and maintain network, server and cloud infrastructure while ensuring systems are secure and optimized.

Strategy and Security Management
Contribute to IT strategy development and execution. Perform regular security checks, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with IT policies, emerging technologies and information security protocols.

Requirements

Education and Experience
Relevant university degree in IT or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in senior IT roles involving infrastructure management, system administration or IT strategy.

Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, ERP systems and IT project management methodologies. Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving and emerging technology integration.

Leadership and Communication
Proven leadership skills with flexibility and adaptability. Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish. Able to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
