We have a natural desire to always look for smarter ways of doing things and are always working to contribute to improving our standards and services.As Senior IT System Manager, you will be working with various IT solutions such as computerised equipment (equipment with IT components), infrastructure, digitalisation and IT automation, using risk-based decision-making. You can expect a job where you will learn and grow with various challenges as well as routine assignments that you can perform with excellence.You will:

• Be responsible for general IT administration (upkeep/configuration/operations connected with user management, patching and general life cycle management)
• Optimise IT operations and collaborate in digitalization and automation projects
• Maintain and develop IT Infrastructure and local services
• Ensure that our IT solutions are GMP compliant in areas of responsibilities
• Deliver documents and tasks according to plan and current requirements
• Be seeking new ways of working by simplifying and improving the processes

Candidate profileWe prefer you have a relevant academic background and experience with IT, GMP and laboratory equipment.You have:

• + 4 years of experience in IT
• Experience or interest within pharmaceutical Quality Management, or you have taken part of computer system validation and wish to grow in your profession.
• Experience or interest within TIMS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar software tools
• Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the global regulatory agencies and authority agencies such as FDA in areas such as GxP, 21CFR part 11, GAMP Annex11, data integrity, GDPR, information security, etc.
• Knowledge of GMP, preferably within QC/laboratory area, and experience of authority inspections
• Any mentioning of experience with Windows computer systems, Active Directory, IT-Infrastructure and general networking knowledge
• An understanding of MS SQL and cloud solutions
• Solid project management skills
