Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Landscape Planner on a permanent basis located in Basingstoke, HampshireThe annual salary for the role is £40k -£55k per annum with a very brief responsibilities and requirements for the role below, should you have further queries please reply to schedule a call back with myself regarding the role.Responsibilities

• Preparation of robust LVAs/LVIAs as well as conceptual landscape drawings and diagrams as part of landscape-led masterplanning proposals.
• Managing the preparation of technical drawings, including baseline plans, ZTVs and other LVA related illustrative material.
• Carrying out site appraisals and photographic surveys.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholder and external consultants.
• Managing the preparation of landscape design packages, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings and details, Design and Access Statements.
• Mentoring junior staff.
• The preparation of fee proposals and tenders (dependant on experience).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent project management organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
• Chartered landscape architect, with at least 2 years post CMLI experience.
• Ability to work as a key senior member of the team, with limited supervision.
• Highly skilled in Autocad, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
