It provides front-line advice to all parts of the Ebury Group on legal, regulatory and governance matters which contribute to Ebury’s growth every day.We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Associate Company Secretary based in our Madrid office who is keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will provide high quality governance support to key stakeholders in Spain and across the Ebury network, and be pivotal to Ebury’s development on a global scale. This role will enable the person who fills it to turn their hand to corporate governance and a variety of other matters, with a view to supporting their personal development. The person who fills this role will report to the Company Secretary.The role can be based in our Madrid office – 4 days in the office, with 1 day working from home.Key responsibilities include assisting and administering with:
