Job Description:POSITION SUMMARYWorks as part of the Law Department to protect Vertiv business by ensuring that terms and conditions used in transactions are acceptable and in line with Vertiv’s commercial strategy with particular focus on large accounts in the EMEA region. Working closely with Sales and other key company stakeholders on specific assigned accounts to implement defined processes and commercial pillars. Review and draft agreements, often at frame level related to the EMEA territory relating to the sale of products and services to ensure agreements are clearly defined, documented, and in agreement with Vertiv’s guidelines. Negotiate directly with key customers, mainly from Data Center Market, also in support of sales. Provides legal support for other assigned activities (e.g. legal training and alike).RESPONSIBILITIESMain activities
