A Senior Legal Counsel is needed to provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of issues within the IT/Software industry. The position is based in London and requires a strong background in IT/Software, SaaS & commercial contracts.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in strategic decision-making at the senior management level.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters as required.
• Liaise with external counsel as necessary.
• Provide training to the business on legal matters.
