Senior Legal Counsel – Well-known UK Retailer Are you looking for a senior counsel role in-house with variety and unfettered access to all levels of the business? Then this excellent role with a well-known UK retailer could be for you. Reporting to the General Counsel you will: – Negotiate retail and wholesale contracts working closely with the business and board; – Involvement with strategic partnerships and projects across infrastructure and new product development; – Assisting with the ongoing M&A programme; – Resolving disputes in line with legal team strategy; – Advise on and work within existing and new legislation in a regulated environment; and – Liasing with external lawyers. Previous in-house experience is preferred and lawyers with 4 years + PQE in commercial law are invited to apply. The role is based in Manchester with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
