Our client is looking for German-speaking Solicitor / Lawyer to join their growing business.HYBRID WORKING – Based in Worcestershire this company has a hybrid working policy but would prefer employees to be in the office 2-3 days per week.This is a key role reporting to the Head of Legal providing strategic legal guidance on a broad and varied range of company commercial matters.You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across multiple jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include advising on contract negotiations, risk management, and legal compliance, and supporting the business’s operations in Germany and beyond.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on various commercial legal issues including corporate governance, commercial, employment and property amongst others
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Work with the business to identify and mitigate legal risks, resolve disputes, and ensure the business complies with regulatory requirements.
• Travel to Germany on an ad hoc basis to attend meeting and provide legal support

The Successful Candidate:

• Qualified lawyer in either the UK or Germany,
• Strong experience in company commercial law
• Fluent in German
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Commercial / business outlook to their work
