The successful candidate will deal principally with commercial property disposals, acquisitions, adverse possession claims, easements and deferred payment agreements, title investigations and dealing with straightforward leasehold transactions matters such as sales and acquisitions of land and landlord and tenant work, but will also have opportunities to deal with planning and highways mattersWhat we offer you
