So, you could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs, or gender identification.Your role in our shared journeyLocated at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you’ll contribute to our mission by orchestrating logistics operations and managing product flows across sea, air and road channels. You’ll be responsible for executing crucial logistics and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) processes, whilst ensuring the efficient handling of sample orders through coordinating seasonal shipments and maintaining optimal service levels.Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage container approvals and monitor booking status across the distribution network.
• Maintain accuracy of inbound planning through regular monitoring and updates.
• Oversee information flow between freight forwarders and carriers.
• Generate reports on logistics costs, delivery times and key performance indicators.
• Keep system data updated with current logistics and shipping information.
• Coordinate bi-annual sample order placement for autumn/winter and spring/summer collections.
• Track and follow up on sample deliveries to freight forwarders and distribution centres.

You have the following skills:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, 3PL management or planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of English language.
• Problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
