This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced M&A lawyer to work on complex, high-value, and cutting-edge M&A and private equity transactions. You’ll collaborate with cross-border and interdisciplinary teams on deals spanning 90+ countries, benefitting from the firm’s market-leading practices and global perspective. This role offers a chance to further your career and gain significant exposure to high-profile transactions.​The RoleAs a Senior M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on high-value, complex M&A transactions. Working alongside a talented team of lawyers, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate mattersManaging and executing transactions from inception to completionCollaborating with partners and associates across the firm’s global networkDelivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships​RequirementsQualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQEProven experience in corporate M&A at a reputable law firmStrong academic credentials and ability to manage complex projectsExposure to private equity transactions is highly desirable​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Luzaan De Wit.
