Salary £80K- 85KSenior Manager Cloud Solutions ProjectsLocation: London On-site (Hybrid 2days WFO)Job Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 15+ yearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Cloud Solutions who can start immediately to lead and manage cloud-based initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of cloud solutions projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Establish and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
Cloud Solutions & Architecture
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Work with cloud architects and engineers to define best practices for cloud adoption.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored cloud solutions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and reporting.
- Handle escalations and drive resolution of critical project issues.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage a team of cloud engineers, architects, and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve project goals.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Implement best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project execution efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve cloud strategies to optimize performance and cost.
Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity & access management, and compliance standards.
Project & Leadership Skills
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in cloud project management.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale cloud transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience in budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect).
- Experience in multi-cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
- Must be eligable to live and work in the UK to apply for this position.
