Ensure the success of the Product Managers working with you within the product area / group.What you’ll do

• Thoroughly understand the company’s strategy and define a vision of the product (or group of products) in your ownership that will lead to the company’s goals achievement.
• Ensure that initiatives in the roadmap are directly aligned with the strategic objectives of the product in general and your product area in particular.
• Continuously communicate with prospects and customers to receive timely feedback on both implemented initiatives as well as future strategy and plans.
• Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long term success.
• Ensure that at any point in time the engineering team has a clear focus and understanding of what and why they are building.
• Build and nurture the strong collaborative relationship with every product team in your product area.
• Develop a strong team of Product Managers

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on Product Management, financial services domain
• Prior experience working in Product-led SaaS company / start-up environment
• Previous experience building products from zero to the first release
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, including SaaS specific KPIs is an advantage
• Expertise in modern product management techniques, including product planning, product discovery and development
• 2-3 years of people management experience
• Servant leadership style with proactive coaching, mentorship attitude.
• Strong skills in collaboration, in particular stakeholder management as well as internal and external product evangelism
• Business Oriented: Mindset for accomplishing the maximum of business value and quality by addressing the actual problems rather than building unwanted features. Good understanding and practice in delivering MVPs, canary releases etc.
