Apply today!The positionAs Senior Manager, you oversee two teams each led by a manager, divided into categories: Raw Materials and Pack Materials. You will have 3 direct reporting lines: the two Category Managers and a Quality Support Manager. The total team size is 22 employees. You will reporting to ISM Director and become part of the ISM management team.The Quality Support team’s core responsibility is the handling of deviations for purchased raw materials, process aids, primary- and secondary packaging materials. The team acts as a single point of entry for consuming departments worldwide in Novo Nordisk, regarding quality issues on released purchased materials.Through a standardized approach, the team ensures timely progress of critical activities, such as investigations and corrective actions related to errors on purchased material.Your key responsibilities encompass:

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you hold relevant certifications in Six Sigma and/or project management.As a person, you have solid stakeholder management and communication skills. Lastly, you have a high degree of independence and take initiative to challenge ways of doing things and drive innovative improvements.About the DepartmentInbound Supply Management is part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp), which has the overall operational responsibility for the inbound supply chain of Novo Nordisk and consists of 650 employees.
