As the primary gateway for HR support for both colleagues and people managers, it focuses on efficiency and delivering seamless, end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Through this, we aim to provide essential HR services that enable outstanding colleague experiences.As the Senior Manager, Specialist Services (Talent, Culture & Capability), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives within the Talent, Culture, and Performance Community of Expertise. You will lead the design and development of innovative programs, ensuring they are operationally viable and successfully implemented across the organisation.In this senior leadership position, you will be instrumental in integrating and mobilising resources into business-as-usual operations. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, aligning talent, culture, and capability initiatives with the organisation’s broader strategic goals.What you’ll be doing
