Senior Marketing and Campaigns Officer

Location: Norwich, NR1 1RY/Hybrid

Salary: £32,000 to £33,600 per annum FTE

Full-time/permanent (open to discussing a part time arrangement for the right
candidate)

Norfolk Wildlife Trust is seeking an exceptional communications professional, with at least
five years’ experience of successfully delivering innovative and inspiring marketing campaigns
and activities aimed at a variety of audiences across offline and digital channels. You must be
a highly motivated and confident communicator with a natural passion for inspiring more, and a
wider diversity of people, to enjoy and take action for Norfolk’s wildlife.

A creative thinker and team player, you will have a strong understanding of best-practice in
marketing and communications and the know-how to take our audiences on a journey towards a
Wilder Norfolk for All. With an enquiring mind and commitment to results, your skills in data
analysis and reporting will help us achieve more as we test new channels and approaches to
increasing support for, and engagement in our work.

The post requires excellent communication and organisational skills from an experienced and
personable marketing and communications professional, able to engage a wide variety of
audiences with authority and inspiration.

You will be based at NWT HQ in Norwich, with scope for hybrid working. Some travel to NWT sites
is required.
