Our client, a leading global medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Marketing Director to drive the marketing strategy in EMEA and APAC for one of their core business departments. Operating at the forefront of chronic care and patient-centered innovation, this organization improves quality of life for millions worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, innovation and partnerships across multiple regions and markets which will be challenging and exciting.

Role Responsibilities

* Drive marketing strategy end-to-end: Lead market and competitor analysis, define strategic plans, and oversee multi-channel campaigns aligned with the company’s mission to advance patient care worldwide.
* Lead international collaboration: Partner with operational business leaders, country marketing and communication teams, health economics and market access, governmental affairs, global Marketing and Branding, Medical Office, and external agencies to deliver cohesive global initiatives.
* Own performance and resources: Manage execution, measurement and optimization of marketing activities, including budget management, to ensure impactful, data-driven results in a complex global matrix environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (advanced degree in Marketing desirable)
* Multiple years of marketing leadership experience for the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
* Experience leading marketing strategy on an international, regional or global level
* Data-driven, multi-channel expertise: Strong strategic and operational marketing skills, leveraging marketing technology and data to improve performance, managing integrated multi-channel strategies (campaigns, events, content, budget) and communicating effectively across cultures.
* Fluent level of English
