Senior Medical Secretary

Applications are invited for the position of a Band 4 Medical Secretary within the busy Radiology Department at Glan Clwyd Hospital.It is essential that applicants hold the relevant qualifications as per the person specifications, previous medical secretarial experience would be desirable as would a high level of audio typing skills and a good telephone manner.The successful candidate must have a good understanding of MS Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will possess excellent time management skills, be well organised and have the ability to prioritise workload demands to meet strict deadlines whilst producing work to the highest standards.The post holder must also have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using discretion, judgment and initiative.
