• Monday to Friday – 08:00-17:00
• Weekends & Bank Holidays – 8:30-17:30

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary between £42,094 – £47,466 per annum – depending on experience.How will we support you?Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training courseCompetency frameworkRegional and national career development opportunitiesOur bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needsSupport from the wider teamCandidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.Main duties of the jobAs a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Responsible for assessment and ongoing management of our patients mental health needs.
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner managing a caseload of patients, assessing their physical, social and psychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan.
• Contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to; Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
• Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
• Play an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients care following our policies and procedures and always considering safeguarding.

• Occupational Therapist or Social Worker – HCPC / NMC Registered
• Experience of working within mental health settings, developing knowledge and understanding of this patient group
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development
• Experience of working collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary environment
