Are you ready to join us?About the role:As a Motion Designer, you will assist in creating high-quality animations and motion graphics that bring creative concepts to life. Collaborating closely with the senior motion designer and the full creative team, you will help develop engaging visuals for digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and refine your motion design skills while contributing to the development of the brand’s motion identity.Which tasks can you expect?

• Assist in the creation of animations, video editing and motion graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring the visuals align with the brand’s objectives and creative vision.
• Collaborate with senior motion designers, designers, and other creative team members to bring concepts to life while maintaining quality and meeting the team’s standards.
• Contribute to ongoing projects, learning from senior team members, and gaining experience.
• Support the team in helping to develop and maintain the brand’s motion personality and guidelines, ensuring consistency in motion design across projects.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in motion design, integrating new ideas into your work where appropriate.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and coherence across all communications and visual touchpoints.

What do you have to offer?

• 1-2 years of experience in motion design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio or reel showcasing your work in motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other design/animation software.
• Understanding of animation principles, timing, and basic motion storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with a team, take constructive feedback, and continuously improve your skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• 3D skills are a bonus but not required.
