Network Department is responsible for the overall management of the entire European region network business, new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer identification and other matters. Currently BYD is looking for the Senior Network Development Manager BENELUX to support BYD passenger car dealer network development in Benelux markets.Location: Hoofddorp, the NetherlandsKey Responsibilities:– Assisting the country manager to define & implement network plan in the assigned market to achieve the right size of the BYD network.
– Monitoring performance improvement growth process at POS and identify opportunities for improvement of dealer POS.
– Assisting dealership and related contract/agreement negotiation.
– Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
– Cross-functional team workRequired skills, qualifications and experience:
– Bachelors degree or above, business management, engineering or legal background
– At least 10 years related working experience in Automotive industry in the region
– Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry business dynamics
– Working experience in auto OEM for EU network development for a premium brand
– Native language and Proficient English is a must.
