We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Senior OpenText Asset Manager, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform
• Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
• Be the primary contact for: Platform Owner
• Technical Issues and OpenText
• Internal development requests from stakeholders
• Develop stories for our Platform and, as well, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams
• Write test cases
• Track Release status together with Release Management

What UST expects from you?

• At least 5 years experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong background in software engineering
• Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
• Willingness to be on call when needed.
• Spanish is a big plus
• Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.

Work LocationHybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.Work scheduleBusiness Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.What can we offer?
