Senior Operations Analyst – French SpeakingAbout the Role: (4 month contract)Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to play a key role in enhancing their operational efficiency and ensuring compliance within their Third-Party Administration (TPA) implementation. You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing workflows, documenting critical processes, and supporting system development to drive continuous improvement and meet regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, develop, and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Document business processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for the TPA implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to thoroughly map out operational requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Freedom of Service (FoS) and Freedom of Establishment (FoE) regulations when designing and implementing processes within the EEA.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in current operational processes.
  • Actively support the automation and digital transformation of workflows where applicable to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist in comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all operational processes are fully aligned with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Systems:
  • Create clear and concise specification documents to guide system development efforts.
  • Provide crucial support during all phases of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to meticulously ensure that system requirements, as detailed in the specification documents, have been accurately delivered and are ready for release.
  • Proactively escalate any critical development deviations from the original specifications to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the technical team throughout the implementation phases to foster common understanding, mutual agreement, and the effective implementation of projects.
  • Rigorous validate the final solution delivered to confirm its fitness for business purpose and alignment with operational needs.
  • Training:
  • Develop comprehensive training material for new product, partner, and IT development initiatives.
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions both internally within CACI and externally with our valued partners.
  • Present your work clearly and professionally at various internal meetings to update stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train fellow analysts and team members on best practices and established methodologies.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with all stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle to secure commitment and effectively minimize resistance to change.
  • Drive critical deliverables to successful completion within challenging timelines, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to creating a culture of innovation in both process and system enhancements.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience within the insurance industry.
  • Proven and successful experience in roles such as Operations Analyst, Process Analyst, or Business Analyst.
  • A strong and comprehensive understanding of TPA models, insurance operations, and/or financial services.
  • In-depth familiarity with Freedom of Service (FoS) and Freedom of Establishment (FoE) regulations within the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN software) and documentation software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector is considered a significant plus.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role.
