Digital Technology Services (DTS) is a large service focused on enabling, implementing, and supporting a wide range of technology to meet the needs of the University community. We are looking to recruit a new Senior Operator to join our team.
In this role, you would be responsible for the management and development the Operations function; ensure the service is optimised and continually improved to manage risks; develop a robust, cost effective and reliable shift operated service.

We are looking for candidates with knowledge and experience of leading an IT Operations function and contributing to the strategic development of organisation wide applications and development. As well as experience of providing management, leadership and expertise to an IT Infrastructure Operations Team or similar (e.g. work planning, performance management, shift patterns)
