Job Description Summary De EDC Senior Operator is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele verwerking van uitgaande goederenstroom ter ondersteuning van de teamleader. In afwezigheid van de teamleader zal de Senior Operator instaan voor zijn/haar vervanging. Daarnaast neemt hij/zij de rol op van Warehouse Operator wanneer een continue en effectieve verderzetting van de outbound operaties dit vereist.

• Uitvoeren van operationele taken als Warehouse Operator
• Supporteren en vervangen van de Teamleader mbt:

• Werkorganisatie
• Incident management
• Kwaliteit van de operationele activiteiten
• Veilige werkomgeving
• Aansturen van het team
• Duidelijke communicatie tijdens SSU
• Zorgt voor een positieve teamgeest
• Drijven van verbeteringen en overeengekomen veranderingen in het team

• Inzicht in de processen, systemen en werkmethodes
• Teamplayer inc. samenwerking met andere departementen
