We are a proud member of the Intact family, we feel part of something bigger, with a presence in North America, the UK and Europe.We have a bold ambition to become the best Commercial Lines business in the UK, demonstrated by our recent acquisition of NIG and Farmweb, allowing us to scale by leveraging our combined financial strength and importantly ensure our people feel the benefits of our joint capabilities.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Partnerships Manager – MGA & Schemes to join our established and experienced Delegated Partnerships team here at RSA.Your RoleYour role as a Senior Partnership Manager, will drive the delivery of our proposition to our delegated authority partners and to ensure that our partners are exercising the authority we delegate to them responsibly and effectively, to deliver our vision and strategy.You will understand the financial and technical dynamics of insurance, as well as how to run an insurance business. You will set and track scheme or MGA financial targets (income and claims) that will contribute significantly to our P&L profitability plans.You will also be able to operate and collaborate with partners to deliver financial plans, provide a stable environment for our customers, and negotiate effective commercial and legal agreements.About YouYou will have experience operating in a controlled business within an insurance environment. You will have influential coordination of an RSA and partner taskforce to generate profitable growth and retention of partners while being able to build and leverage external market partnerships of all shapes and sizes.You will be able to bring a proposition to life and effectively deliver it while strategically operating and aligning with partners.You will be able to multitask across a number of partnerships ranging in size, complexity, and customer base.What we offer youAt RSA we put our people first.
