To support PlayPlay’s development and our people’s growth, we are seeking a Senior People Business Partner.

Developing and retaining our talent is a priority for PlayPlay.

We are a people-centric company and are looking for an exceptional individual with an HR generalist background to partner within our People Team.

This role will drive HR programs and initiatives and make a real difference.

You will report directly to our Chief People Officer.

MISSION:

• Create a scalable and efficient People Experience across our offices, enhancing PlayPlayers’ experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Be the HR point of contact for our managers, supporting, mentoring, and coaching them on all their HR topics.
• Ensure the implementation and drive our processes and needs: Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Career Path, Performance Calibration, Compensation Cycle, Training, etc.
• As a culture champion, drive and accelerate a culture of inclusion and excellence where people feel engaged, motivated, and inspired.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in developing the people function within a high-growth environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience in supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• Proven track record in leading HR projects related to compensation, people employee relations, employee engagement, retention strategies, etc.
• Data-driven orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Scale-up experience and international environment are a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
