You play a vital role in our agile DevOps team. With your passion for security and compliance, you take Swisscom’s internal cloud platform to the next level.In an agile environment, you are responsible for the implementation of platform-level capabilities of iAWS – Swisscom’s well-architected AWS Landing Zone.As a senior platform engineer, you embrace Infrastructure as Code to achieve your goals. With your proven expertise and experience in the field of Security and Compliance on AWS, you complement the team optimally. The Compliance, Security and FinOps team belongs to the Internal Cloud Platform (ICP) ART, which is part of the Software Platforms & Standards (SPA) Solution Train in Swisscom. Thanks to you, we can offer AWS as a fully-integrated, secure and compliant self-service platform to all Swisscom internal DevOps teams.

• Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) with comparable experience in Computer Science
• Strong experience with the following Tools and Technologies:

• Security and Compliance Related AWS Services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Amazon Inspector, AWS Config, Security Hub, Guard Duty, AWS Shield, Amazon Detective, IAM (Identity and Access Management), SCP (Service Control Policies), Firewall Manager.
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform.
• Robot Framework (Regression Testing)
• Main Programming Languages: Python, Java, TypeScript is a plus
• 4+ years experience in working with AWS (Certificate is a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving skills to develop quick and sound solutions that resolve complex issues
• Team-oriented, highly adaptable, with a flair for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus

Allowances

Contract terms

• To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract to an indefinite term
