Two Senior Postdoctoral positions are available at Humanitas University/Fondazione Humanitas per la Ricerca under the mentorship of Professor Alberto Mantovani and Professor Cecilia Garlanda.Each position will last two years and is supported by the Award “Lombardia è Ricerca” ). In the context of the general field of immunity and cancer, the project will be focused on an IL-1 receptor family member (IL-1R8) with regulatory activity. The project will involve collaborations with institutions in the Lombardy Region, Ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII (Professor Alessandro Rambaldi) and Ospedale San Gerardo/Fondazione Tettamanti (Professor Andrea Biondi). The Applicant should be a strongly motivated fellow with a strong background in cellular and molecular immunology and have the potential to develop as an independent Junior Group Leader.
