The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing and Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and managing pricing strategies for nutrition products, including tenders and contracts, overseeing gross-to-net analysis for consumer health nutrition products, and conducting business analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategies, contract management, and business analysis within the healthcare industry.What You´ll DoTenders and Contracts Analysis:

• Develop pricing strategies and models to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
• Analyze and evaluate tenders and contracts for reimbursed nutrition products.
• Monitor and report on tender performance and contract compliance.
• Conduct profitability analysis of brands and accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and legal teams.

Gross-to-Net Profitability Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive gross-to-net analysis for consumer health nutrition products.
• Identify and analyze key drivers of gross-to-net variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models for pricing decisions and forecasts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve pricing strategies and profitability.
• Monitor and report on the impact of pricing strategies on gross-to-net profitability.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate financial impacts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Business Analyst Skillset:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and pricing data.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and systems.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and data analysis.
• Budget Control:

• Develop and manage budgets for various departments and projects.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget adjustments.
• Balance Sheet Analysis:

• Analyze balance sheets to assess financial health and performance.
• Identify trends and anomalies in financial statements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on balance sheet analysis

Power BI Advanced User Requirements:

• Utilize Power BI to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Develop data models and visualizations.
• Integrate data from various sources into Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Power BI reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• C1 English level
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
