Job DescriptionAntal Internation is global recruitment service firm, we are hiring for a world leading global group, leader in health, nutrition, applying bioscience to imporove planet.Location: Close to Lille (10 km to Lille)General of this role:As a Process Engineer Biotechnology, you will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and managing cross-functional improvement projects .You will support the performance of the enzyme manufacturing site by solving technical issues and ensuring the implementation of corrective solutions.The position reports to the Global Transfer Team ManagerResponsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects in collaboration with R&D
• Manage multidisciplinary site improvement projects (technical, quality, safety)
• Solve production issues and coordinate with operational departments
• Update production recipes and process documentation
• Ensure technological monitoring and inter-site exchanges
• Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term industrial plans

Qualification et Experience :

• Engineer or PhD in biotechnology or agro food (Master’s/BAC+5 minimum)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industry
• Expertise in industrial biotechnology, specializing in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/drying
