Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better.We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager – Credit to lead the development and optimisation of our credit product offering. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, overseeing the entire credit lifecycle, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will work cross-functionally to ensure product solutions are scalable, compliant, and user-centric, while driving key outcomes such as increased conversion, reduced acquisition costs, and improved customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail credit, proven experience in product management, deep understanding of UX principles and risk management, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.Here’s what you’ll be doing as Product Manager – Credit:

• Shaping the vision and long-term roadmap for credit products in alignment with overall business objectives
• Liaising with external partners to deliver innovative solutions
• Leading the development and continuous improvement of credit products
• Overseeing the entire credit lifecycle – ensuring seamless and intuitive customer journeys
• Enhancing customer engagement through data-driven UX decisions and ongoing experimentation
• Designing and optimising product funnels to maximise conversion and offer acceptance rates
• Driving efficiency in customer acquisition by lowering costs and elevating satisfaction with credit offerings
• Championing user clarity, simplicity, and transparency across all aspects of the credit experience
• Building and nurturing strategic partnerships to support product scale, functionality, and market relevance

Here’s what we expect from Product Manager – Credit:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, consumer credit. Broader banking, card or wallet-related domains would be welcome
• Hands-on experience building and scaling retail credit products
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with C-level stakeholders
• Expertise in new product design, UX/UI principles, and user research
• Experience in risk management within financial services
• Solid data analysis capabilities (SQL, Python or similar)
• A structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset
• A strong customer-first mindset with a data-informed approach
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
