• Work with business representatives, understand their needs, act as their representative with a vision of products, services and value delivery.
• Build the right scenarios at the right time, decide on user stories and agree their production.
• Help guide the content of the Agile team (product backlog).
• Ensure the business success of scrum software development projects.
• Actively participate in the Agile team and its meetings.
• Review sprint results.
• Ensure a continuous flow of work by prioritizing user stories and the backlog.
• You are the point person for applying Agile practices and principles to produce quality work and help improve the efficiency of the development team.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Economics, Civil/Industrial Engineering, Management, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience, ideally in banking (loans, credit, asset management).
• You have between 2 and 5 years’ professional experience and are familiar with software development (Agile).
• Professional certifications and SAFe knowledge/certification are considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; any additional language is an asset.
• A true team player, ready to act as an ambassador for your company and get involved in the company’s growth.
