• Own the product roadmap and backlog—define user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives; bridge business needs and delivery teams.
• Gather market/user insights, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to maximize value.

What UST expects from you?

• 9+ years as Product Owner/Manager in software or digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication—able to align diverse teams.
• Comfortable with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining/tracking metrics and driving impact.
• Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.

Work LocationMadrid. 3 days a week in the office.Work scheduleBusiness Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.What can we offer?
