Join our OneHR Service Excellence team and play a key role in shaping how we use data and digital tools to improve HR operations.As part of Arla’s HR Shared Service Center in Gdańsk, you’ll help us develop easy-to-use reporting and automation solutions that support smoother processes and smarter decision-making. You’ll collaborate with teams across HR to make sure our digital tools are truly useful – helping reduce manual work, improve clarity, and support great service.How you will make an impact:

• Help shape how we use reporting and automation tools to support HR operations
• Lead the design of easy, smart solutions using tools like Power BI and Power Automate
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into useful, simple tools or dashboards
• Help make sure our solutions are clear, consistent, and aligned with our business needs
• Support teams with automation and reporting – improving efficiency and reducing manual work
• Share knowledge, good practices and support collaboration across teams
• Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for HR teams looking to improve how they work
• Provide data and process insights that help HR leaders make good decisions

What will make you successful?You’re someone who enjoys making processes run smoother and helping others with smart solutions. You like talking to people, figuring out what they need, and making their work easier through the use of tools like Power BI or Power Automate. You don’t need to be a coding expert – we’re more interested in your curiosity, your way of thinking, and a passion for making things work smarter – not harder.Furthermore, you:

• Have solid experience working with structured data and business intelligence tools like Power BI, and can draw actionable insights from data
• Know how to design and deliver simple, user-friendly automation flows using tools such as Power Automate – or are confident in quickly picking up similar technologies
• Can translate business needs into clear, fit-for-purpose solutions that add real value
• Communicate with clarity and impact – whether sharing updates, explaining solutions, or advising stakeholders
• Build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
• Take ownership of your work, manage priorities effectively, and proactively drive improvements
• Are fluent in English – both written and spoken – and naturally act as a role model for collaboration, clarity, and professionalism
