DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Program Manager (Last Mile) role Is program lead of AMXLs Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and On The Road (OTR) products and operations across EU (DE/AT/FR/IT/ES/UK). This role can be based in any operating country. You will be responsible all projects and programs within last mile operations, creating project and program office mechanisms within a start up and ambiguous space.Key job responsibilities
– To create Project Management Office (PMO) mechanism that has clear intake, work prioritization within effort hour availability and review and sign off projects as BAU.
– To establish and determine the strategy and direction for AMXLs DSP and OTR functions which includes but is not limited to Fleet design, electrification, customer delivery quality and legal compliance
– Support the DSP and OTR teams introduce scalable, automated processes that create efficiency and deliver results
– Working across multiple functions in AMXL and AMZL that include; Routing tech, supply chain, planning, legal, finance and CX teams .
– To lead the DSP and OTR teams through CI and Kaizen events. When an opportunity exists this role moves to execution mode.
– Introduce new and innovative ways of managing the delivery network (included but not limited to utilization of different transport models, different delivery network models, new sources and innovative models for workforce planning)About the team

While those of us who work in delivery stations will do some night shifts, most of us work during the day. Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence and programme management, and everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degree
Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and in the local language
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner or business performance issuesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution
Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
