Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Programme Manager focusing on delivering critical engineering foundational programs to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing engineering programme foundations to elevate functional, cross-functional, and end-to-end teams’ ability to deliver against commitment efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will manage and drive engineering excellence metrics and support functional leaders to scale for our global organizations.ResponsibilitiesEstablish transparent, agile governance frameworks that enable informed decisions, proactive risk management, and clear communication.Establish critical metrics for engineering excellence and be the champion for data-informed decision making across the organizationDevelop and oversee detailed programme roadmaps, translating strategic priorities into actionable steps.Keep teams inspired and focused on timely delivery, ensuring initiatives directly contribute to strategic outcomes and delight our users.Foster seamless collaboration across functional and cross-functional teams, inspiring everyone to build together and unlock collective creativity.Implement engaging communication strategies that provide clarity and foster a sense of community and shared purpose across teams.Champion knowledge sharing across the organization, enabling our teams to learn, grow, and innovate continuously.Facilitate mentorship opportunities, shadowing, and skill-building initiatives to build capability within our teams, especially around modern engineering practices.Document outcomes clearly and encourage action-driven follow-ups that propel us forward.Facilitate meetings and discussions between functional and cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns related to engineering excellence.Do you have what it takes?Strong expertise in strategic programme planning, execution, and risk management.Extensive experience with stakeholder communication and engagement, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and other relevant project management frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.A passion for driving change and improving processes.Data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions, enhance strategies, and continuously improve outcomes.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
